In 2014, Ms. Osei founded CLASS (Circle of Ladies Above Societal Standards) Management as response to her personal experiences as a growing entrepreneur and the overall critical need for mentorship for young Africans living in the United States looking to excel beyond traditional standards. Furthermore, there is a growing need within all communities for individuals to support one another. "It is vital that we discourage individuals from acts and displays of negativity towards one another due to competitiveness or fear of others achieving greater success. Every woman is a star and should be poised to shine inside and out, transcend her current status, and reveal her true power and purpose. Discovering and highlighting your unique talents is your power, and building confidence in that power is the key to promoting a new tone of support for one another worldwide. This is my vision for CLASS."
